Sincerely repent, yes God forgives! I experienced it firsthand just like David! We have such a great, great and almighty God, so loving and forgiving!

I smoked like a chimney and my neighbor went to a healing service in Utrecht and prodded me to come along. When I asked her in church what she wanted to be prayed for, she said: "my cigarettes"! She also smoked like a tinker! Yes, I would have listened to that and so said, done so!

An invitation was made for people who wanted to choose Jesus and come forward!  Oh, how I wanted to, but the church was packed and I didn't dare, my heart raced like a madman! God persisted and several times were asked to come forward! It was as if I was pulled from the chair and there went Joke! There I gave my heart to Jesus and oh, how glad I was!

After the service, needs could be prayed for in person, but there was such a long line and since my husband was against me going there because it was going to be very late, we decided to go home. to go!

A brother from that church showed us the way by driving in front of us and at one point he stopped, got out of the car and my neighbor rolled down the window and the brother asked what we wanted to pray for and that it was could get in the car!  Him outside and we inside. He took my neighbor's hands and began to pray for freedom from the addiction of smoking!

The next day, the first thing I did was grab my cigarettes and as I started to light one up I thought, "Did you really mean to quit smoking? YES, I sincerely meant that and God delivered me in one go. day!"  My husband who saw my change wanted to go to church with me and he too gave his heart to Jesus!  We were baptized together at Easter! I could shout it from the rooftops, I was so happy and wanted that for the others too!

Many years after that I made a mistake, did not listen to the voice of God, how sad and unhappy I was! I thought God didn't see me anymore!
I got on my knees and cried, poured out my heart and asked forgiveness!  You know, right at that very moment I felt that heavy burden lift off my shoulders!  Jesus forgave me and said come on! 

Now I tell other people about our Savior and Savior when I get the chance!
Indeed what my pastor says; that you can go to Him with true repentance and He forgives!  Oh yes, I could go on for a while what miracles have happened in my life, but pastor would say, "That's another sermon!
