My name is Corosh (Reza) Sami.

I was born and raised in Iran and raised in a Muslim family. My parents taught me  the religious practices at a young age and I did what my parents did to keep them happy.  Out of curiosity, I started asking questions about what my family and other Muslims didn't like. Often I got no answer. Instead, I was terrified by the stories that God would punish me.

I was 15 years old when I stopped religion and started looking for other things in the world. I believed that faith and religion was man-made.

In the 90s I fled to the Netherlands. Soon I started using drugs and drinking alcohol. By this  years of addictions I got really tired and really stuck. I decided to kill myself, but after my attempt I was in  kept alive.

My life changed when I met a man (Freidon). He came from Leiden to the asylum seekers' center in Wageningen to tell me the gospel about Jesus.  He also told me what God had done in his life.  I got to know Jesus and the Bible and I got answers to all my questions!

I decided to give my life to Jesus, I was converted.  I was no longer depressed and anxious! I gained strength in my body and mind that allowed me to stop taking all medicines. I was free, happy and I regained hope in my dreams and future.

God the Father loves us. He wants us a new one  give life and forgive our sins. Open your heart and let Jesus come into your heart. let Him you  direction and leadership.
